ASME IX PQR
By resolution of the December 29, 2012, Biagiotti S.r.l. adopted the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001, in order to ensure transparency and correctness in the management of its activities, provide a behavioral guide for employees and collaborators, and prevent the risk of committing the offences provided for by the decree itself and its subsequent additions.
An integral part of the Model are the annexes: the Code of Ethics and the Disciplinary System.
The adoption of the Model was undertaken in the belief that such a tool, in addition to fulfilling the condition of exemption from liability established by the Decree, can improve the awareness of employees and all those who work on behalf of the Company, of the importance of complying not only with the provisions of the regulations in force, but also with the deontological principles that Biagiotti S.r.l. is inspired by in terms of legality, correctness and transparency.
At the same time with the adoption of the Model, Biagiotti S.r.l. appointed the Supervisory Body with the task of supervising the effectiveness and functioning of the Model and the protocols for the prevention of the crimes contained therein, in accordance with the provisions of the Decree.
