Biagiotti S.r.l. manufactures semi-finished and finished products in stainless steel, carbon and aluminium steel by means of the following procedures:

Tube laser cutting

The latest addition to Biagiotti is the new latest generation 4 kw fiber laser tube.

The cutting head can work both perpendicular and inclined. In the second case, it is the so-called 3D cutting, with which Biagiotti carries out caulking and semi-caulking operations.

Biagiotti also offers its customers the service for the laser cutting of bars up to 12.5 meters in length. This operation can be carried out both during the loading and unloading phases of the bars.

Workable materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized, aluminum, copper and brass.

Working formats: tubes, tubulars, special sections, angles, plates, UPN, HE, IPE.

Biagiotti has sheet metal cutting machines capable of satisfying the different needs of customers by integrating the quality of the cut and the dimensions required by the market. It performs laser and plasma cutting of various metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, domex, hardox and brass.

In order to be able to meet the important dimensions of sheet metal cutting Biagiotti is equipped with bending and calendering machines to complete the customer’s requirements. It is able to supply folded material up to a length of 12.000 mm.


Extensive experience in all types of metal carpentry work is ensured by continuous training of operators, carried out in cooperation with an IWE consultant. Welding is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of EN 3834-2. The welders are qualified according to UNI EN 9606 and 14732 for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, Cor-Ten, duplex. All processes are certified according to the European standard UNI EN 15614, ASME IX, 14555, AWS D1.1/D1.1M. An A-level welding coordinator oversees all operations. The company is also equipped with “Rina” personnel, qualified according to the European standards UNI EN ISO 9712, assigned to “N.D.T.” type welding tests, for VT, PT, MT controls and internal welding coordinator.
